Course description & learning objectives

At the end of these 2 educational sessions, participants will be able to:

• Have an understanding of patient selection for ANT-Deep Brain Stimulation
• Understand the basics of pre-operative planning of ANT-DBS
• Understand the Implant procedure ANT-Deep Brain Stimulation
• Evaluate post-operative outcomes

Target Audience

Neurologists and neurosurgeons with at least 2 or more years of experience with stereotactic neurosurgery and:

• Interest in the use of ANT-Deep Brain stimulation as an alternative treatment for Epilepsy 
• Wish to learn the practical aspects of the therapy or improve and expand their knowledge on implant techniques
