This advanced course is designed for physicians to improve their practice in the application of Sacral Neuromodulation for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions. The course combines theoretical learning and case analysis of pelvic floor dysfunction treatments, such as: urinary incontinence, non-obstructive urinary retention and fecal incontinence.
It covers insights and updates on the current literature and clinical practice, as well as addresses current debates and challenges in Sacral Neuromodulation. This course focuses also on advanced programming and troubleshooting, as well as how to optimize patient selection, implant procedure and patient management.
The main objectives of this training program are to increase the knowledge and confidence about Sacral Neuromodulation and ensure the participants will know how to:
