Course Description

This course will bring participants up to speed on when to use PNS for back pain, what patients should be considered for this therapy, implantation technique/troubleshooting and programming.

Target Audience

Anaesthesiologists and neurosurgeons with experience in SCS and no or little experience in PNS.

Course Objectives

After the course, participants will:


* Be able to identify the right patients eligible for PNS for back pain.

* Know the implantation technique required to put the electrodes in place, including the suturing.

* Know the tips and tricks for best implantation results

* Be able to program the implanted neurostimulators to achieve best clinical results.
